摘要:
梳理交通运输演化规律,把握其发展趋势,旨在推动交通运输行业的可持续发展。根据不同运输方式的特性,从运输需求维度出发,结合资源、环境等约束要素,分析交通运输系统发展的内在机理。分析结果表明:不同经济发展阶段,交通运输系统呈现不同的主导运输方式,主导运输方式之间的转化过程,也是交通运输系统发展的过程; 同时表明,现阶段中国交通运输系统的发展目标是构建现代综合运输体系,“增量”建设带动 “存量”优化是其建设的指导原则。
Abstract:
In order to comb the transportation evolution law and its developing trend, this paper, on the basis of the characteristics of different transport modes and the dimensions of transport demand, studies the mechanism of transport evolution, after combining with elements such as resources and environment so as to push forward the sustainable development in transportation. The results show that at different stages of economic development, the transportation system has a certain dominant mode and the transportation develops with the transformation of these different modes. The authors also point out that the direction for the development of transportation system in China is the integrated transportation, and the construction of “the increase” is to lead the optimization of “the storage quantity”.
