摘要:
针对目前中国公路货运基础设施建设和运营模式呈现的多样化特点,在分析中国公路货运 基础设施建设和运营模式的基础上,借鉴发达国家先进经验,提出“政府统筹规划、政策扶持,企业 投资开发建设、企业自主经营管理”的公路货运基础设施建设经营模式,为指导中国公路货运基础 设施建设发展提供借鉴。
Abstract:
At present, the infrastructure construction for freight transport and operation model are various in China. Through those road conditions in China and with the help of the advanced experiences of the developed countries, this paper proposes that the government should implement the planning and programming and give support, and that the corporations should invest some money to develop constructions and conduct automanagement. The paper gives references in guiding the development of the infrastructure construction for highway freight transport in China.
