摘要:
为了提高科技期刊的学术质量与编辑规范性,树立科技期刊在所属学科领域的学术权威 性,扩大科技期刊的学术影响力,分析了多种科技期刊自然来稿的学科分类、学术水平与写作规范 性,研究了组稿的途径、手段与原则,并对其进行有机的加工与整合,认为科技期刊编辑应坚持时效 性、针对性、协调性、前瞻性与互动性的组稿原则,积极主动深入科研院所组织适合期刊报道计划的 稿件,才能保证刊登稿件的高质量,实现科技期刊的特色化。
Abstract:
In order to improve the academic quality and editing criterion of technology periodical, set up its academic authority, extend its academic force, knowledge sort, academic level and writing criterion of natural contributing papers from a lot of editing departments were analyzed. the approaches, instruments and principles of their organizing papers were studied, based on optimizing and combining them, the highly efficient principle, pertinence principle, corresponding principle, foreseeing principle and inter understanding principle of organizing papers were put forward. Applied result shows that the principles are feasible and effective to realize the characteristic development of technology periodical.
