摘要:
论述了高等学校学报编辑履行初审职能的重要性,结合高等学校学报的特点,分析了编辑 初审过程中应注意的几个环节,指出编辑为了履行好初审职责,必须不断地学习,优化知识结构。
Abstract:
The importance of editors examining paper is discussed. According to the features of university academic journal, how to evaluate paper is analyzed. It is pointed out that the editors should learn constantly to develop the ability of examining paper.
