摘要:
在环境法制建设中,由于西部环境的特殊性,保护生态环境尤为重要,实施禁令是达到这一 目标的重要方式之一。从这一论点出发,论述了实施禁令在我国西部环境法制建设中的必要性,并 从理论及实证两个方面作出了的分析。
Abstract:
Western region ecosystemenvironment legal systemismostimportantinwestern legal systems.How to use injunction is a problem. This article talks about injunction is necessary at our countrys western legal systems.And from the theories and the practice we analyze the injunction.
