摘要:
《张家山汉墓竹简·二年律令》的发现和公布为世人展示了一个崭新的汉初社会。简文中的 《史律》集中反映了当时对史、卜、祝的教育、考核、任用制度。先秦时期,这些人既有一定的具体的 社会职能,又担负着思想文化的记录和整理任务,是传统文化典籍的创造者和传承者之一,汉初,虽 已有所侧重调整,但整体格局未变,可以使人看到古代职业教育的片段。反思他们的教育形式和思 想,对今天的教育改革不无借鉴意义。
Abstract:
A new society of the first West-Han dynasty is discovered because of the finding and declaring of The Laws of the Second Year in the Han bamboo slips of Zhangjiashan.One of them is The Law of Historian (Shi),which reflects how to educate, test and appoint the special persons such as Shi,Bu,Zhu. In Pre-Qin dynasty, they dealed with some social works, in addition, they recorded and coordinated the thoughts and civilization, so that theywere one of the creators of the traditional culture. In the firstWest-Han dynasty, this condition was not changed on the whole.The review of their education will have advantages to our revolution and innovation in all kinds of education, even in special education.
