摘要:
分析了危机和危机管理的含义及其分类,在此基础上归纳总结出旅游业危机事件的特征, 最后提出针对旅游业危机事件的特征进行企业危机管理的途径和方法。
Abstract:
Based on the initial analysis of the concept and category of crisis and crisis management,the author concludes several main characteristics of crisis events in tourism.And then the author puts forward some ideas and methods in details to help toruism dealing with emergencies.
