摘要:
我国加入WTO,商业银行将面临来自混业经营的外资商业银行的巨大冲击。从长远看, 我国也应实行混业经营制度。但是,目前我国商业银行尚不具备由分业经营制度向混业经营制度 变迁的需求与供给因素。所以,只能在渐进式改革的大框架下使商业银行的现状得到改善,待条件 基本成熟后再实施混业经营制度。
Abstract:
With Chinese accession to WTO,Chinese commercial banks face a huge threat from foreign commercial banks with universal banking.In order to deal with the impact,in the future, our country should also carry out universal banking. But now, according to the present situation, our commercial banks do not still possess demand and supply factor of institutional change from limited banking to universal banking. To improve competition ability, we can only make the present situation of commercial banks get better conditions in the framework of slow style reform and carry out universal banking after conditions permit.
