摘要:
阐述了中国二元经济结构直接向一元结构转变模式的不适用性及中国农村剩余劳动力转 移对小城镇发展的必要性,分析了影响我国农村剩余劳动力转移的两大因素:土地问题(土地流转 制度及土地产权制度改革)和户籍制度问题,并进一步提出了解决问题的新思路。
Abstract:
The paper states the unsuitability that the dual structure of economy directly transfers to the unified structure of economy and the necessity of the transfer of the surplus labourers in rural areas.It further analyzes two factors that affect the transfer of the villages surplus labourers,some problems of land(including the flowing system of the land and the reform of its property right system)and a few problems in the domicile register system,and it puts forward some new ideas of resolving these problems as well.
