摘要:
以中国的市场化改革为研究对象,将利益分析方法与制度分析方法结合起来,构造利益冲 突的制度分析框架,对中国渐进式改革的启动及其改革过程中凸现的利益冲突与制度变迁的关系、 利益冲突的制度根源、解决利益冲突的制度创新途径做了详细论述。认为利益冲突引发的制度创新 必须使各利益主体间的利益达成一致,因此制度变迁要使社会各方博弈达到均衡,完善配套的改革 措施是必要的。
Abstract:
The paper takes the marketing reformation as a major investigation object,combines interest analyzing method with system analyzing method together and construct a framework of system analysis on conflict of interest,particulaly discussing in China,the relationship between conflict of interest and system innovation existing in the startup of gradual reform and the process.The systematic root of conflict of interest,and settlement a system innovation approach on conflict of interest can be studied here in detail.It is believed that the systematic innovation of conflict of interest must make the interest of every part compass consistence in order to equilibrate communities. So it is necessary to perfect matching reform pace.
