摘要:: 提出制定长安大学发展规划的总体战略思路,作为学校建设的重要法典,规划必须体现社会发展和时代进步的要求;作为学校建设的宏伟蓝图,规划必须发挥凝聚人心和鼓舞人心的作用; 作为学校工作的行动纲领,规划必须体现特色发展的思想;作为学校工作的战略指导,规划必须体现跨越式发展的思想;作为学校工作的长期指南,规划必须体现可持续发展的思想;作为学校工作的重要依据,规划必须体现以内涵发展为主的思想。

Abstract:: The overall strategic thinking on establishing the development programme of Ching′an University is put forward in this paper. As the important code of our university construction, the programme must represent the requirement of social development and era advance; as the magnificent blueprint, the programme must play a partin increasing staff member's cohesion and encouraging the feelings of people; as the programme of action of our university's affairs, it must represent the thinking on the development of distinguishing feature; as the strategic guiding, it must represent the thinking on rapid and sound development; as the long-term guide of our university's affairs, it must represent the thinking of the sustainable development; As the significant basis of our university's affairs, it must represent the leading ideology of the internal development.
