摘要:
农村集体土地使用权是指土地使用者依法对农村集体土地享有占有、使用和收益的权利。 农村集体土地使用权流转应遵循自愿原则、有偿性原则、效率原则、公平公开公正原则、登记原则。 农村集体土地使用权可通过转让、入股、四荒拍卖、竞价承包、反租倒包等多种形式实现流转。
Abstract:
Use right of rural collective land is the right to possess and use the rural collective land and get profit from it according to law by land users. Use right of rural collective land circulation should follow voluntary principle, profitable principle, efficiency princple, open and fair principle and register principle. Use right of rural collective land may relize its circulation by means of transferring,becoming a shareholder, auction, competitive price contract, anti-rent no better than contract, etc.
