摘要:: 执政党的建设问题是马克思主义建党学说中一个重大的理论问题和实践问题,马克思主义政党理论和行动路线是随着时代的变化而发展的,从马克思到毛泽东,马克思主义政党主要解决了夺取政权时期党的建设问题,从邓小平到江泽民,马克思主义政党在实践中主要探索了关于如何执好政并长期执政的问题,“三个代表”的重要思想从根本上回答了在新的历史条件下“建设一个什么样的党?怎样建设党”的历史性问题,深化了对党的先进性与阶级性、群众基础与社会影响力等关系的认识,提出了衡量党的建设成效的客观准绳,创造性地发展了马克思主义的建党学

Abstract:: The problem of construction of Party in Power is an important and practice issue in Maxism theory.Maxism Party theory and his action time is developed with the changing times. Form Max to Mao Zedong,Maxism was mainly resolved the construction problem of Party in the period of depriving power.From Deng Xiaoping to Jiang Zemin,the political party of Maxism was mainly probed in practice how to hold power perfectly and how to hold power for a long time.The main idea of“ Three Representatives” has answered“ what kind of party to build” under the new condition of history. The historic problem of building what kind of party,deeply recognized the relation between the characteristic of advancing and class,mass foundation and social effects.The objective criterior of judging effect in constructing Party is proposed, and the doctrine of constructing Party was creatively developed in Maxism.
