摘要:
法治公路是法治行政的重要组成部分。研究法治公路的基本内涵,探讨法治公路的基本法 则,构建法治公路的道德支柱,提出法治公路的建议与对策,对于公路法制化进程意义匪浅。
Abstract:
Rule of law in the highway is the major composition of rule of law in administration. For the process of rule of law in the highway,it has great significance to study the basic connotation, approach the basic rule, explore the moral pillar, put forward suggestions and countermeasures of rule of law in the highway.
