摘要:
在分析了科技期刊评审专家《名典》和同行建立评审专家信息库的优缺点及笔者建立评审 专家信息库的成功经验的基础上,笔者认为强化审稿专家信息、建立合适的信息表示模式、加强审 稿专家信息库的主、被动式维护是建立高水平、高素质、高度完备的审稿专家信息库的基本保障。
Abstract:
On the base of analyzing a modern examining expert dictionary of science and technology periodical, the shortages and advantages of the present expert bases are discussed. With the successful experiences of author's establishing base, it is very important to strengthen expert information, establish suitable model of information expressing and enforce passive and initiative modifying of expertinformation base, which is the basic guarountee of establishing high level, high quality and complete expert information base.
