摘要:
在市场经济形势下,大学生在择业观念上存在着误区,产生问题的主要原因既有学生自身 认识的缺陷,也有现行高等教育体制和范畴诸方面的不足。针对新时期的特点,高等教育管理工作 者应在教育内容、教育方法、教育模式等方面有所改进,使大学生树立正确的择业观。
Abstract:
Under the situation of the market economy,the college seniors have wrong opinions in job hunting. The main reasons of students' wrong opinions have both the defects of students themselves,and the disadvantages of college education system and category. According to the characteristic of a new period,the college education system must be reformed in its contents and methods and the students should hold their correct and active opinions in job hunting.
