摘要:
企业家是市场经济条件下最重要的人力资源和经济发展的重要推动力量,中国尚未形成一 个企业家阶层。目前,在企业家队伍建设中存在的主要问题是对企业家的选拔聘任方式、激励制度、 监督约束机制方面不尽完善。为此应采取相应对策,建立科学的人才选拔聘任制度,建立健全企业 的激励机制和监督机制。
Abstract:
Entrepreneurs are the most important human resources under the market economy which, give an impetus to the economic development. However, the entrepreneurs stratum has not been developed in China yet. There still exist many problems in developing this team, such as mode of appointement, encouragement system, incomplete restrictive mechanism. Therefore corresponding measures should be taken in order to set up an effictive mechanism for entrepreneurs' developing.
