Abstract:
Digital China is a comprehensive development strategy covering multiple dimensions of the digital economy, digital society, digital government, and digital ecology. The implementation of the Digital China strategy is conducive to seizing new opportunities for the development of the digital economy by creating a sound digital ecology, effectively empowering high-quality development, building a new development pattern, and improving international competitiveness. In terms of mechanism, the construction of Digital China can strengthen the impetus for innovation, coordinate regional development, ensure green development, promote the open development, and drive shared development. Therefore, to accelerate the construction of a new development pattern and promote high-quality development, we need to strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure, accelerate the digital transformation of industries, build a high-quality data factor market, improve the digitization level of public services and improve the digital governance system.
