Abstract:: There are lots of problems in traditional financing mode of urbanization in Shanxi province, such as: fund demand in urbanization dropping away from fiscal revenue, unsustainable land finance, unreasonable financing structure, and poor financial ecological environment. There are pros and cons in any kind of financing mode, so Shanxi province should proceed from the provincial conditions, not only regulating the traditional financing mode, but also emphasizing more on fostering financial market conditions, optimizing policies, and constructing financial services platform and financing standard platform, to provide a viable condition for financing mode innovation of new urbanization.
