Abstract:: To resolve the current difficulties that meet in academic journals development, the inner characteristics and management status were analyzed. The main reason that cause imbalance in social value[JP] and economic value was revealed. The developing logic of academic journals industrialization with Chinese characteristics, and the intervention links in industrialization process were discussed. The results suggest that the reform direction and path in academic journals industrializations is by introduce market with competitive mechanism. It is not means push blindly Chinese academic journals up to the market. For the long term development, in the first place, we should enhance the academic quality and influence of papers, the organization and service around publication, change the way of thought of running journals, and so on.
