Abstract:
“Contention between Han and Song” was a specific topic in science development in Qing Dynasty. Through analysis of political factors and academic trend, the developments of Han and Song learning were influenced by their different political fates; Han peak in the academic, then from the Han to Song”, again to Han and Song confluence, this academic trend reflects the state of ideological and cultural development in Qing Dynasty.
