Abstract:
The nets were the important tools for fishing and hunting in the ancient times. This paper, conducts comparative analysis on the net patterns and its structures on the utensils with the help of oracle inscription of the Shang Dynasty and earlier Qin documents. The research finds that there is no great difference between the ancient net tools and the modern ones. The ancient net tools had three types and the difference of usages were clear.
