Abstract:
This paper observes the influence of Qin culture from both space and time. The analysis shows that Qin culture has not only its regional implication, but also tribal cultural characteristics. Besides, as a political and cultural form that, Qin culture, which is greatly influenced by legalists, can be taken as the main culture in Qin Dynasty, and is also an active symbol of cultural style. When the significance of Qin culture is summaried, such features can be found: creative ideas, progressive spirit, opening mind, practical sense and technical pursuit. These features can be also called “heroism” and “scientific spirit”. Therefore, it is necessary to know these and to be paid attention to.
