After Copenhagen conference 2009, the major countries in the world have noticed China's pledge in the energy domain and they also pay more attention to the use of the renewable energy sources. Through comparison and analysis, the paper conducts research on the present situation of legislation of China and other countries, and puts forward some suggestions for the perfection of legislation on energy resources in China so as to construct and perfect the legislation on renewable energy resources and provide solid legal basis. The analysis shows that after the foundation of the state energy commission, China should refine her work division, conduct international cooperation, coordinate the policies concerning energy resources and lead her pledges to the legal way.
