Abstract:
In order to cultivate traffic culture and promote development of traffic facilities and soci-ety, it is necessary to study the traffic culture. In the author's opinion, the communication culture that takes the values as its core is the comprehensiveness, including thinking, morals, values, ideal, target, and so on. So the essence of the communication is the promise to study the communication culture, and communication values is the core. Accordingly, the main task of the traffic management is how to standardize, restrain, and guide the values of traffic people with the values of people who work for traffic management.
