Abstract:
In order to perfect the theoretical frame of the immeasurable object invasion regulation in The Property Law of China, this paper tries to invent measures and solutions to improve the existing regulation. Through analysis on the relative laws and regulations at home and abroad, the authors find that there exists such problems as vagueness, a smaller coverage and a lack of efficient legal security in the present regulation for immeasurable object invasion. The authors suggest that it be of great significance, at present, to learn advanced laws from other countries. Only is this way can the shortcomings in the existing regulations be made up and the unnecessary disputes concerning immeasurable object invasion can be solved.
