Abstract:
This paper constructs a game model for freight overload and explores its treatment based on the game theory. The authors analyze the main periods in this game and causes, and establish a new model which absorbs new elements such as internalized external costs and administrative cost to modify the treatment mechanism of the game. Finally, the paper puts forward a long-term management mechanism.
