Zhuangzi and the Analects of Confucius have a similar narrative way in the narrative perspective, narrator, narrative plot, narrative characters and narrative structure. The paper, therefore, believes that Zhuangzi has the tendency to imitate the Analects of Confucius in narration.At the same time, Zhuangzi carries out creation and expansion,so Zhuangzi surpasses the Analects of Confucius in narration. After the above analysises, this paper attemptes to explore the new relationship between Zhuangzi and the Analects of Confucius.
