Abstract:
Based on the case study of the two projects run by the Y-NGO in G and L villages, the author tries to straighten out the role of NGO in the villages of rural development projects, the conditions for their involvement in village governance and the logic in their practice. Through the preliminary inquiry, the author thinks that NGO plays intervenor's role in rural development projects. In addition, the paper finds that the NGO involved in rural development projects can solve the immediate problem of rural governance through a new way, and is an exterior drive for achieving good governance of villages.
