Abstract:

In order to deal with the dislocation of market participant existing in highway construction market and confusion of intermediary organization, the paper,through comparative analysis method, systematically studies the causes of the existing problems and puts forward the ideas of opening higway construction market and strengthening legal construction system so as to promote the further development of China's highway construction markets.
