Abstract:
In order to effectively protect road products and maintain the right of way, the authors in this paper examine the legal ideas of Highway protection regulations with Ownership law, which is of great significance to the research for making highway protection law. The analysis shows that the principles in the Ownership law and real property law should be adopted, highway right of space and time should be defined and determined, the law-making vision for highway protection should be extended and the law for governing by law in highway protection should be studied so that the legal regulation for highway protection can be constructed harmoniously.
