Abstract:
ZHU Xis strict judicial thinking was manifested mainly in the application of penalties against felony light. He persisted in suitable punishment and believed that the pity punishment principles of strict with tolerance should be implemented in the proceedings to prevent indiscriminate torture; the cautiousness and efficiency were needed in the proceedings to ensure the quality and efficiency of adjudication, and judges ethics proceedings against selfishness was necessary in the pursuit of justice. Legal system is an important carrier to achieve social justice. Legal system dominates a just and humane is a powerful protection for the harmonious society. ZHU Xis strict judicial thinking provides a valuable historic resources for harmonious society.
