Abstract:
According to the principles such as scientificity, maneuverability, comparability, the paper analyzes the characteristics of the scientific projects in transportation, presents the necessity and imminency of the evaluation of them, and establishes the evaluation index system which includes 5 first-degree indexes(necessity, supporting terms, implementation situation, academic level and benefit)with 15 second-degree indexes(influence, etc). Then the paper uses expert consultant method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to calculate weighting. Finally, the paper uses the evaluation index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the projects of the“ 10th Five-year Plan” and the West Traffic Construction Projects. The results indicates that the evaluation system runs well and will have a bright future.
