Abstract:
Under the dominance of western culture, our living surrounding is in imminent danger. Therefore it is of great importance to pursue the values dealing with the relationships between human and nature. The excavation and inheritance of traditional eastern wisdom can not only provide us with culture origin and spiritual nourishment, but also contribute a lot to the harmonious coexistence and constant development of human and nature. Zhang Zai, regarding monism as his central philosophy, puts forward that all things on earth“ effects mutually”; human beings should“set up the universal principle of right and wrong” and“be along but not be absurd”; human should come to the realm of“ super wisdom” by the friendly attitude of “universal love”; and obey the theory to reach the realm“ man is an integral part of nature”. All these ideas are abundant in profound ecological philosophy, which can be helpful in dealing with the crisis we confronted.
