Abstract:
How much legal cost should the litigants undertake and how much legal cost should the government undertake are the two important factors, which weigh greatly on two parties when they are deciding whether to take civil procedure. In order to perfect the legal cost system, it is necessary to formulate effective relief channels, build a thorough supervisory system and carry out independent financial budget.
