Abstract:
Knowledge-based view of enterprises, this paper analyses the double contributions of enterprises R&D personnel, whose contributions to enterprises are not only embodied in achieving instant profits and market value, but also in raising knowledge of enterprise, so as to make enterprise acquire the ability of continuous technical innovation and competitive advantage. Then, from the game theory, this paper builds a dynamic incentive model for R&D personnel on the basis of enterprises knowledge accumulation. Furthermore, this paper points out that an effective incentive mechanism for R&D should include the essentials such as the risk income of enterprises R&D personnel in their total income, their capacity of risk-taking and the cost of effort, and their contribution to the increase of enterprises knowledge accumulation not only in quality but also in quantity.
