Abstract:
Supply chain is a kind of innovation of the form for organization division outside market and business enterprise. This kind of form can not only evade the high bargain cost of the pure market, but can also overcome the shortage of integral. The organized form of the supply chain accepts“the contractual form” and“the authority form”,and also match“the equal market trades relation” and“the reasonableness business enterprise collaborate relation”. At the same time, it builds up a kind of the strategic colleague relation for the supply chain mode that is the advantageous to the whole competitive ability.Substantially, the supply chain is a leading system in which the business enterprise can conduct the competition under economic globalization.
