Abstract:
Starting an undertaking is a classic text in 17-year literature. Its classic position, its theme, and the literature arguments on it provide us a good view to understanding the rural novels writing paradigm establishing in 17-year literature. But the previous studies frequently paid attention to the relation between writing and political power, and neglected the relation between the text and the literature traditions and the clash of discourses with different qualities in the text. So the author of the paper wants to find out if there is some connection among 17-year literature and May 4th enlightenment literature and folk literature through studying the complicated relationship of text-criticism, especially the clash among critical discourses on the text so that many further possibilities of contemporary rural meaning of the writing can be recognized.
