Abstract:
Confucianism before the Qin dynasty had systemically designed and discussed perfect personality. They affirmed that everybody had the potential diathesis and the realistic potent to consummate his perfect personality. But the potent between them was not equal. Different estate had their own perfect personality, which was respectively Man of honor, Wisdom and Sage. The stratification reflected the real-life rating. Man of honor, Wisdom and Sage were Confucian demands to each estate of how to behave, as well as the limits between every estate.
