Abstract:
The structural unbalance in road freight transportation supply has hindered the development of road freight transportation industry in China, and it is shown as structural unbalances not only in transportation capacity but also in transportation infrastructure and transportation organizations. The authors in the paper believe that disposing transportation infrastructure rationally for the host variable with transportation volume, structuring the systematic freight development model with good combination of sizes, strengthening rigid restriction, and offering policy guidance and interests support are the important measures to deal with the structural unbalance.
