- Heightening the actual effect is the key point in strengthening and improving the
ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper focuses on the
expounding of the implication and the fundamental demand of the actual effect.Strengthening the
construction of faculty is the gurantee of heightening the actual effect. It further points out that
the professionization and specialization is the rational way of improving the construction of
faculty.
