From the viewpoint of Sharia, the key of prosperity and decline in Muslim Society lies
in Sharia fitness for a certain era. The unsuitable law was caused by the ideological dogmatism.
Specifically speaking, there are six aspects of reasons:first, the door to Ijtihad has been closed
and the education has been neglected. Second, the unbelievable and unconfirmed provisions are
stubbornly adhered; thirdly, sticking to conventions of formalism and trifles; fourthly,
prejudices of religion sect; fifthly, lacking definition on cause of legislation, and last but not
least, confusing the boundary between the religion and the secular. It draws the conclution that
the liberation of the mind and pursuing the strong and the prosperous through political reform
must be done.
