Abstract:
Employment is a long restraining factor in China. The solution of employment has an important significance both in theory and reality. Xian and Wenzhou have the same economic scale but different history backgrounds and social economic system reflections. This article analyzes the different contributions on employment creation between Xian and Wenzhou. It points out the problems of SME(Small& Medium Enterprise)in Xian. The destination is to promote the development of SME in Xian.
