As to the problems existing in the present expressway post-evaluation studies and report
compiling demands, based on prevenient experiences and research accomplishments, this paper discusses
issues by traffic volume analysis, systemic traffic safety analysis, traffic engineering facilities system
evaluation,sustainable developmentevaluation and landscape evaluation. The purpose of the research lies
in perfecting the system of theories and measures about the post-evaluation, improving scientific and
standard management of highway construction project and further promoting sustainable development of
highway construction project besides highway network.
