In order to develop franchising in China after entering WTO, we are urged to set up and
accomplish the relevant legal institution according to international rules and custom. In the process of
legislation, we can use the rich experience of UN countries for reference. And the following three
aspects must be stressed: bringing franchising into anti-monopoly regulation; making franchising rules
or detailed rules for implementation; developing franchising in government-improving mode.
