Value judgment is the judgmentof value,not the judgmentof fact;Value judgmentisa judgment,
not an order, so it is different from value order. The typical form of value judgment is“X is valuable”. The
function of value judgment is not only expressing emotion. Value language has close relation with fact
language: fact language has value tendency. Value language contains fact.
