Abstract:
It was the first stage in the development of Islam Law from the 7th AD. to the middle of 10th AD.At that time,Islam Law presented positive spirit and,as the main part of the superstructure of Muslim empire,pushed strongly the social development as well as promoted the prosperities of Arab empire in every aspect.But after the 10th century,because of the shutdown of“ the Door of Creat Law”,Islam Law began to be closed deadly.It separated from reality severely and didn't meet the need of social development any more.It is one of the main reasons causing the decline of Muslim world.The prosperity and decline of Islam Law is one of the most important scales to measure the prosperity and decline of Muslim world.
