Abstract:
This paperexpounds thoroughly the legality of the imperial power that Ms.Wu Zetian practiced in its sex role aswell asin public administrationsby meansof using human-cultural science,administrative science and history,etc.It aims at showing the charm of females in public administrations and the positive effects in human culture and the area of public administrations it created.
