The formation of united front for new-democratic revolution has been stated by many
scholars from the following two aspects: one is necessity,the other is probabitity. It is asumed
that the cause becomes obvious if the two aspects are explained clearly. The author,after long-
term study,thinks that the two aspects alone cannot solve the problem at all,for the transition
from necessity and probability to reality requires other conditions. The core condition is the
mutual concession and open-hearted treatment between the Communist Party of China and other
social classes,ranks and groups.
