The paper takes the marketing reformation as a major investigation object,combines
interest analyzing method with system analyzing method together and construct a framework of
system analysis on conflict of interest,particulaly discussing in China,the relationship between
conflict of interest and system innovation existing in the startup of gradual reform and the
process.The systematic root of conflict of interest,and settlement a system innovation approach
on conflict of interest can be studied here in detail.It is believed that the systematic innovation of
conflict of interest must make the interest of every part compass consistence in order to
equilibrate communities. So it is necessary to perfect matching reform pace.
